- Hereford City Service 107 and Service 117 is re-timed with minor changes to certain journeys.

From Sunday 28th April 1991, a large number of service changes are made to Midland Red West services in the Birmingham and Black Country areas due, in part, to Centro contract changes.
- Birmingham Local Service 107 between Birmingham and Sutton Coldfield is withdrawn by Midland Red West and replaced by other operators.

Hereford Overground network launchedShow All
On Sunday 15th June 2003, First Midland Red Buses Limited launch a new network of services Hereford, as the Hereford “Overground†network. Existing local area services are withdrawn and replaced with a new network with route numbers in the range 71–76. Many of the new routes operate as cross-city services.
- Local Hereford Service 104, Service 107 and Service 117 are withdrawn and replace by new Hereford Overground “Red Line†Service 74 and Service 74A, running between Newton Farm, Hereford City Centre, and Tupsley. Journey frequency is every 10-minutes, Monday to Saturday daytime.
