Attached is an article from the Business Supplement of The Daily Telegraph yesterday Tuesday 24 March 2020 outlining the writer Oliver Gill's opinion that the system has been effectively Nationalised and the current franchising arrangements are no longer viable.
So much is changing day by day and hour by hour, it seems that very little will remain the same as time before the Coronavirus pandemic struck the human race.
