The elderly Solo was always very clean and tidy in the past when I was able to use the bus, it is very much a dual purpose vehicle with coach type seats and even has curtains in the windows. The driver, whom I assume to be the owner, was always very pleasant and seemed to know all the passengers on the 354 route back from Redditch to Droitwich - always a pleasure to travel as Solo's are smooth riding vehicles with better suspension than most other British low-floor manufacturers similar sized buses! Sorry that Finesse have lost the contract.

I have to agree with you Tim. One of the first trips I did when I got my oldies bus pass was from Redditch to Droitwich. Almost everyone was on first name terms and when two elderly ladies got on and I said "good morning girls" , they responded "you can come on our bus again YOUNG man". LMS gain the service from January, they do have two Solo's which may appear. Diamond at Kidderminster gain the 133 from January and have a varied bus fleet . . . . .

I have heard suggestions that Finesse are to cease trading . Anyone able to comment ?? I believe they also have/had some school contracts.

I did my operator CPC exams with David Williams who runs Finesse back in the late 1980s and /ii would think he is getting close to retirement age now so maybe he has decided to call it a day ??

Bustimes say that Diamond used 15028 / BD75LZC on the 133 yesterday. And today Bustimes give LMS as using recently acquired Mercedes minibus 102 / WP25ZCZ on the 354 , did the same vehicle appear on the service yesterday ??

Finesse Solo F22SSE seen in Droitwich around two thirty this afternoon . So maybe they are continuing with their school contracts.
