Due to an overturned lorry on the A38 at Wychbold the 144 is being diverted via Hanbury
Happened in the early hours and still on going late afternoon.
Looking on the tracker all buses are single decks this will be due to a low bridge on the Hanbury Road at Stoke Prior.

On my way home from work yesterday evening I met a 44 heading up the Bath Road. Apparently Worcester bridge was closed, so it must have been a nightmare trying to run the network.

The 144 was being diverted again yesterday evening. This time, via Buntsford Hill out of Bromsgrove as Rock Hill was closed due to a burst watermain.

Going by Bustimes , the 144 service is still missing out Rock Hill in Bromsgrove.

Thanks Andrew, -- If a number of stops are being missed out, I hope there are warning notices at those stops and that EVERYONE knows --
There is no warning on the First Bus Worcestershire website --
which I think is a disgrace -- unless I've got the wrong end of the stick ?
Is there a fault in the new management structure ?

DD12,
This will depend if it's a planned diversion where the bus company is given advance warning of a closure, or if it's an emergency change due to something like an accident.
If it's the former then there is no excuse for not getting the information out there. At Stagecoach we have a person at each depot who's job it is to do just that, and when I was at First (admittedly a long time ago now) that was the same.
If it's the latter then it's not so easy. Just getting information out to the drivers on route is a challenge in areas where buses are not fitted with radios, so getting information to bus stops is almost impossible.

Rock Hill has been closed for almost a week now , must have been one major burst water main !
