Here is a photograph taken by Bob Hemming yesterday Saturday 1 October 2022 in the Cornmarket, Worcester of ex London Transport Leyland Titan KYV 396X in use by Sunshine Radio. This bus was new in December 1981 with H44/24D layout and was converted to partial open-top configuration for Murfin Media of Kempsey in 2003.

This DD was based at Astons Coaches at their Clerkenleap garage, and I assume it 's still with them at the replacement Defford Mill garage (?)

I also assume they provide the maintenance and possibly a driver ??

One afternoon, a few years ago, I was driving from Upton to Worcester on the A38, and an Astons "convoy" was heading towards Upton for school duties, and KYV396X was at the rear !
-- -- I SHOULD have followed it to see if it was used for schools ( - legally or not !! ) but it was most likely going to be parked-up in the Upton area, with the driver "cadging" a lift home on any Astons vehicle -- maybe.
