On or after 16th May 1925 and before 11th February 1928, based on the information on this page... http://midlandred.net/history/route_numbers.php

Interesting pattern around the titles... I bet they stopped using that by 1939 :lol:

I hadn't noticed the 'interesting pattern around the titles' , although I had heard of the pattern being used like this in other circumstances.
