Service 262 (1928–1934)

Operated by Birmingham and Midland Motor Omnibus Company Limited

Service 262 ran between Dudley (Union Street) and Gornal Wood, via Himley Road. It was renumbered to Service D6 on Monday 1^st October 1934.

During the same time period, Service 140 and Service 141 also ran between Dudley and Gornal Wood, but these ran via Bagley's Lane rather than Himley Road.

Before the 1928 renumbering, Service 262 was numbered Service 163.
