Once in a while, when I click on a "thumbnail" photo on this website, I get a nice surprise, revealed by the full photo, -- in this case, the brand new Redditch minibus is at the rear of "the patch" at Worcester ( - before the retail building was inserted) and the location is hardly recognisable, -- what I call the Vesta Tilley building in Lowesmoor appears to have temporary screening for restoration works , -- -- also, JHD334J is virtually unrecognisable as an Alexander J type, - one of many bought by the National Bus Company in 1971, - and my favourite bodywork variation on both Daimler Fleetline, and Leyland Atlantean chassis. -- Midland Red (West) received four second-hand examples in 1981 (2541/43/45/47) ex-Trent, and the only example surviving ( - hopefully) that I know of is another one, ex-Trent, -- with a museum in Eire ( - it might be in "terminal decline", and stored outside though !?)
