Service 421: Timetable Changes

Newport Street Bus Station, WorcesterShow All

With the phased closure of Newport Street Bus Station in Worcester, a number of services that previously services both Newport Street and the new Crowngate Bus Station are rerouted to serve only the new site.

• All Service 421, Service 422, Service 423, Service 424 and Service 425 journeys now are rerouted so they no longer call at Newport Street Bus Station in Worcester. New timetables are issued for these services.

• Service 422 and Service 425 are withdrawn and replaced, in part, by additional journeys on Service 421.

3^rd November 2002

Worcester City and Droitwich Spa Network ChangesShow All

From Sunday 3^rd November 2002, First Midland Red Buses Limited make a number of changes to their bus services in the Worcester City and Droitwich Spa area.

• Worcester Local Service 25 between Worcester City Centre and Rushwick is withdrawn. Certain journeys are replaced by additional short-working journeys of Service 421.

• Short-working Service 421 journeys between Worcester and Rushwick are renumbered to Service 420 with adjusted times.

On Monday 24^th March 2003, First Midland Red Buses Limited introduced a number of minor changes to services in Worcester City, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove and Droitwich Spa.

• Service 421 and Service 424 are withdrawn when the Worcestershire County Council contract is lost to LMS Travel.
