Service 474 operated by Birmingham and Midland Motor Omnibus Company Limited (BMMO—Midland “Red” Motor Services) between Ledbury and Wellington Heath, on Tuesdays and Saturdays only. By September 1973, all Tuesday journeys had been withdrawn and the service only ran on Saturdays.
By c December 1978, Service 474 was renumbered to become Service H74. This was short-lived as the service was withdrawn c. August 1980. Later, K.R. Powell (“Newbury Coachesâ€) of Ledbury would operate their Service 674 between Ledbury and Wellington Heath with subsidies from Hereford and Worcester County Council.
