Service 421: Service History

Service 421 (1928–1952)

Operated by Birmingham and Midland Motor Omnibus Company Limited

Before the Second World War, Birmingham and Midland Motor Omnibus Company Limited (BMMO—Midland “Red” Motor Services) operated a short-working variation to Service 420 on Saturdays only, between Worcester, Broadwas and Whitbourne. Service 421 was suspended during the Second World War, when it returned after the war only two return journeys were operated, again on Saturdays only, and by the mid-1950s, Service 421 had been withdrawn.

Please note, the start and finish dates shown for this service are estimates.
