Service 365: Service History

Service 365 (1976)

Operated by Midland Red Omnibus Company Limited

From Friday 30th April 1976, Midland Red Omnibus Company Limited (MROC) renumbered local Malvern area Service M52 to Service 365. This service ran on Fridays only with one return journey between Great Malvern, Belmont, Malvern Link and Madresfield.

This service last ran on Friday 1st October 1976, which was the date Malvern depot closed.

Service 365 (2014— )

Operated by First Midland Red Buses Limited

In September 2014, First Midland Red Buses Limited introduced Service 365 as a variation of Service 364. Only a small number of journeys ran each day, and unlike Service 364 these did not serve The Graftons, but ran direct between Upton-upon-Severn and Welland.

On school days certain journeys ran to or from Hanley Castle High School. Journeys between the school and Malvern ran via the housing estates at Poolbrook and Brook Farm (but not the Fruitlands), partly replacing that section of withdrawn Service 43F. Journeys between Worcester and the school ran via Norton Barracks between St. Peter’s Estate and Kempsey.
