Service 309 was operated by Birmingham and Midland Motor Omnibus Company Limited (BMMO—Midland “Red” Motor Services) between Kidderminster, Chaddesley, and Elmbridge.
The service was in operation during the Second World War, running two return journeys on Thursdays and three return journeys on Saturdays. This timetable remained unchanged, running at exactly the same times until c. 1962, when the Thursdays journeys were withdrawn.
Two return journeys continued to operate on Saturdays only until the early 1970s, when the service was withdrawn.
