Service Changes
 1st April 2001
 Service partly Withdrawn
  • County Council contract not tendered for by First Midland Red (due to staff shortages), most Service 363 journeys and all Service 364 journeys now operated by Astons Coaches to the same times.

 

 7th January 2002
 Timetable change
  • 1612 Tunnel Hill to Worcester journey now departs at 1617 and runs 5 minutes later throughout

 

 1st June 2004
 Timetable change
  • County Council contract regained by First Midland Red.
  • New timetable introduced with journeys every 2 hours in each direction during the daytime Monday to Saturday
  • Additional evening journeys running every 2 hours on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays
  • (Service 364 also introduced during the daytime running every 2 hours between Service 363, making an hourly service to certain destinations.)
 Route change
  • Most journeys now run via Georgina Avenue and Bromwich Road in St. Johns, Worcester
  • Most journeys no longer service Hanley Swan.
  • Most journeys run via St. Andrews Road and Barnards Green in Malvern.
  • (These changes were first introduced when the service was operated by Astons Coachs.)

 

 6th September 2004
 Route change
  • Service 363 & Service 364 no longer serve Upper Welland, and are re-routed to serve Little Malvern.
  • Upper Welland is now served by new Service 963, running between Upper Welland Village, Welland, Hanley Swan, The Three Counties Show Ground, Malvern Wells, Fruitlands and Great Malvern.
