Built by Birmingham and Midland Omnibus Company (BMMO - “Midland Red”).  Opened on 21st July 1927.  Renamed to Midland Red Omnibus Company Limited (MROC) on 29th March 1974.  Control to Midland Red (East) Ltd. at the formation of the company on 6th September 1981.  Renamed to Midland Fox Ltd. in Janurary 1984.
