This bus is proving a bit elusive !

It did enter service briefly, but then spent a long time parked on "the patch", in store - - then during the xmas period I saw it over the pits, presumably being worked on.
Then, after xmas, I saw that it was listed in "our" fleet list as Worcester again - rather than store -
did anyone see it in service ??

Now it's listed as in store again, but I've been past the garage twice this week and it hasn't been there !

Does anyone know what's going on please ? :roll:

It had a gearbox change over the Christmas holidays and went back into service. I think it lasted about half a day before it expired in Crowngate.

I was in town just after Christmas (or was it just after New Year?) and saw it working into Crowngate bus station, possibly on a 35, but didn't have my camera with me at the time. I don't normally pass Padmore Street, or the 'patch' so I had assumed it had gone back to Leicester for a long time and then returned to cover for repairs, servicing and vehicle shortages. I made a mental note to photograph it in service next time I was in town but this bus is a bit like 'The Marie Celeste' - very elusive!

66305 has been sent to Leicester to see if they can fix an ABS fault. It is due to transfer there once all the green buses are in service, so it will be interesting to see if it ever comes back.
