Shakespeare Express at Shrub Hill

Yesterday, Sunday 6 April 2025, saw the Vintage Trains Shakespeare Express charter work from Worcester Shrub Hill to Stratford-upon-Avon hauled by Great Western steam loco 7029 'Clun Castle'. Class 37 diesel loco 37240 hauled the train in from Tyseley and worked the empty stock back in the evening in 'top and tail' mode. Apologies that the steam shots are dark as the camera was pointing towards the bright morning sunlight putting the engine in shadow from my vantage point!
