Many thanks for the info. Was there not some speculation time back about another bus being painted in "Midland Red" livery ??

I would guess that the blue livery is the one it carried when at it previous depot.

This is what it is... Link to .pdf file. However, this plan was sent to me in August and it's clear that since then there has been a few modifications, with the text from the side now moved to above the windows. See photograph below, which was taken today. I'm guessing that is to allow room for advertising.

Does anyone actually read those graphics? As long as it turns up when it's supposed to, I'm not sure a 'War & Peace' style explanation is necessary

I have a feeling that the 'Spare Bus' will be used on pretty much any routes not just the 'Salt Road' (depending on which buses are off the road!)
